After completing today's deliveries it dawned on me that we are now 1 month old!
What can you learn in a month.... A LOT!
Mistakes can and will be made.
Recipes will need to change
Processes are ever changing to be more efficient.
Running a business is more about the back end than the actual product. The time spent thinking about bagels, finding the right ingredients, monopolizing the kitchen and tweaking spreadsheets constantly so they give you just the right information is overwhelming. But let me tell you... every compliment, ounce of feedback and excitement over Cassorla's Bagels makes it all worth it!
We are now up to 9 flavors and 3 GF options.
Over 50 new families have tried our bagels, many of them re-ordering!
500 bagels have come out of this modest home kitchen.

Grand Island is pretty incredible. I want to THANK you all for your support whether you have purchased bagels or not (although I HIGHLY recommend you try them 😜)
