Our sourdough cinnamon rolls just got a little upgrade — and I’m SO excited about this one!

🍥 5 rolls ➡️ 6 rolls per pan!
That’s right — you’re getting SIX big, gooey sourdough cinnamon rolls in every pan!

And because I get so many requests from customers wanting to take their cinnamon rolls to gatherings or travel with them, I’ve upgraded our pans!

We’ve officially gone from the 8x8 thinner, more flexible aluminum pans to a 9x13 double lined, sturdy pan that is much better for transporting your rolls 🙌🏼

Already shaped and partially baked — just add your favorite sauce, cheese & toppings, then pop it in the oven! 🙌

🍕 OPTION 2: Sourdough Pizza Dough Ball
Fresh (or frozen) dough ready for you to take out ahead of time, stretch into your own crust, top and bake!

Both options are made with our sourdough and have been tested in the Simple Kneads kitchen — and we are LOVING the results! ❤️

🤍 What a WEEK 🤍

I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to this incredible community for making our very first full week on the trolley such a success! 🥹🍞

We had TWO SELL-OUT DAYS back-to-back and by the end of the week, we were down to just 3 loaves left! 😱

For a small, home-based bakery, seeing people continue to show up, support local, and take home something I’ve spent hours making from scratch means more than I can put into words.

This past week was also a HUGE learning experience for me as I figure out just how much sourdough our community is hungry for! It gave me a much better idea of quantities moving forward, and I’m so excited to keep growing and improving our little trolley setup. + an extra special thank you to those of you who shared your experience shopping at the trolley here on our page & our Google page 🤍

And speaking of stocking… I spent A LOT of this past weekend in the kitchen making as much sourdough as I possibly could to fill both the Town Square Farmer's Market Trolley AND The Olive Barrel for the week ahead! 🍞🍞🍞

And then… I’m taking a little break. 🏔️💚

I’m officially heading out of town for a much-needed mom & dad trip to Glacier National Park! I’m so excited for a few days to slow down, make memories, breathe in some mountain air, and recharge. 🥹🏔️

So if you’ve been waiting to grab a loaf, this is your week! There’s lots of fresh sourdough headed to both locations before I hit the road. 😉
