One of the questions I get asked quite often is
❔“what can I do with the bread” ❔
The simple answer… ANYTHING!

I specialize in sandwich style sourdough bread 🍞
It is soft and very versatile

•BLT/grilled cheese (I hear a lot!)

• Italian herb in cheese is perfect for pasta nights!

But here’s a new idea 💡… BREAD PUDDING!

Honestly I’ve never had it! But recently had a customer tell me how they used their Blueberry Cinnamon loaf to make bread pudding and by design I had to try it 😏

They were telling me how their kids smelled it cooking and thought they were making cinnamon rolls and it’s quite funny because when I made it I got the same “what are you making🤤🤩”

A little nostalgic moment today… 🥹🫐🥯

A customer requested blueberry bagels, and I was ALL for it.

When I first started dabbling with sourdough a couple years ago, I was constantly making bagels. They were honestly one of my favorite things to make!

There was something about mixing up a batch, shaping all those little rings, boiling them, and watching them come out of the oven all golden and chewy. 🤤

So when I got the request for blueberry bagels, I couldn’t resist bringing them back for a little trip down memory lane.

And I have to say… I think I still love making them. 🫐🤎

🍕 Pizza night tip from the kitchen!

If you’ve ever tried working with pizza dough and ended up with a hole in the middle, a thick blob of dough, or a pizza that just wouldn’t stretch the way you wanted… this one’s for you. 😂

I recorded exactly how I take my sourdough pizza dough from dough ball → stretched crust without tearing it!

A few little tricks make a BIG difference —
✨Flour is your best friend!! Working with sticky dough is the fastest way to end up with a disaster.
✨Start in the middle, work your way out & around!
✨Move it consistently so there isn’t too much pressure/weight causing tearing or thick spots.
