Happy Thanksgiving! I'm grateful I get to continue bring joy through carbs. Last week I was fortunate enough to be able to donate all these goods for the National Adoption Day celebration. I also feel great gratitude for getting to be a part of someone's Thanksgiving.

Unfortunately something personal came up and I will not be able to be at the Forkin Arts & Crafts event at 11am. There are so many amazing vendors please still go and check them out!

I've been pretty quiet in here lately. I'm noticing that facebook isn't showing my posts to many people anymore, which then reduces sales and then reduces my bread making, which then reduces what I can show pictures of. My ADHD doesn't really allow me to many things that doesn't give me dopamine and less sales, less joy giving, less bread making is much less dopamine.
So I think Little Bird's Breadery needs to pivot (more on this later in the week).
In the meantime, we will be at the Forkin Arts & Crafts on Nov 9 and then that's it for the year.
I know I had said I'd be at the Alerus during the pride of Dakota 22/23 but unfortunately I won't have baking time available so I will not be there. If you were hoping to snag some Salted Honey Butter Parker House Rolls please get your orders in for the preorder or message me if you want them baked and I'll see if I can fit you in.
