Our cookies, cakes, muffins and pies are packed with protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables, all fresh baked with the utmost care by a trained pastry chef. The kitchen is not totally gluten free but all the ingredients are gluten free. As part of the Cottage Industry a home kitchen is used for baking.
