I do have one more super exciting thing to add! I have been mixing all the bread and cookies by hand and now with the sales from yesterday I was able to locate a preloved 6 quart kitchenaide to add to my baking hobby!

Will I still be hand mixing some things? Most definitely. But now I can do just a little more at once 😁

Eventually i would like to also add a dishwasher (yup! Ive been washing everything by hand too! Good thing im OCD and scrub all dishes down) and a bigger oven. My current one can only do two loaves at a time and it is so small that I can't do a dutch oven, roasting pan, or even a double pan method 😅 But that doesn't stop my bread from being super yummy! Or the cookies/crackers. But it would definitely be helpful.

Thank you all so so so very much for supporting my small hobby bakery and I do hope that we can continue growing this into something so much more! 😊

Yesterday was such a fun day! Payne Family Bakery was at TWO markets and we sold about 1/3 of our sourdough goodies!! Which is an AMAZING start!! Thank you all so much! I was so excited that I forgot to post anything yesterday 😅 but here are some of the photos from yesterday 😁

Photos were taken at Hilltop Swap and that was such great fun!!! I totally forgot to take any photos at Risen Ranch Cowboy Church and Arena 🤯 but I won't forget next time!

Thank you all so much for the blessings and ideas! I will be making changes to the menu and definitely adding deals as well!

Hey Hey, check this out! We are SUPER excited to announce that Payne Family Bakery will be at not ONE but TWO locations this Saturday, Sept 5th.

We will be bringing our humble home kitchen hobby to Hilltop Swap (7 am to 10 am ) and then will be heading over to Risen Ranch Cowboy Church and Arena for our monthly church market ( 10:30 am to 1:30 pm).

Come check us out at both locations!

Here we go again, our next market is in the works!

Now while we here at Payne Family Bakery have been taking a break to focus more on getting our barn to home renovation done, we are excited to come back to do another farmers market with our church!

Here we are, all set up Risen Ranch Cowboy Church and Arena for the monthly farmers market!! We will be here from 10 am to 3 pm or until sold out 😁 So please come swing on by and take a look at our quaint little church market 😀 We've got farm fresh eggs, sourdough bread, homemade cookies, banana bread, various drinks, and even some jewelry!!

And bonus, its a nice cool breezy type of day!
