Three years ago, when we opened , the original idea included breakfast sandwiches, baked goods, salads — and sourdough pizza. That last one lasted about four days. (Some of you were there. You watched me try. We don’t need to revisit it.)
The truth is I didn’t have the equipment, the space, the time, or the team to pull it off. So we shelved it.
But here’s the thing.
I now have the equipment. The space. And the team. 😬
So, Granby — I have an idea.
I’m thinking about a soft launch next Thursday, May 14th— evening pizza at . And if the people show up, we roll it out properly: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, on a regular basis.
