I’ve also been itching to make some sourdough waffles. Obviously you guys would have to take and reheat, but I think this is a great idea for weekend breakfasts! They can also be frozen and rewarmed before school or during the week! In the future I want to start offering my products in dry mixes, but that’s in the future! Who’s in for waffles soon?? (Yes I have a commercial Belgian waffle maker!)

I still have some bread, croissants, babkas, and bagels leftover, these were made last and are still pretty fresh. I am considering opening up tomorrow (Monday) to see if there anymore interest in any of these items!
