As I’ve done in years past, I’ll be taking a little summer break from regular sourdough baking starting **June 1st**. ☀️🍞

With three boys home for the summer, a busy travel baseball schedule, camping trips, and all the fun (and chaos!) that summer brings, I’ll be pausing my **weekly bread deliveries** through the summer months.

I also find that summer heat can be tough on my ovens and thermometers, making sourdough quality a little less predictable—and I never want to send out anything less than my best.

That said, I’m still happy to take **special orders for events, gatherings, or special occasions** throughout the summer as my schedule allows. Just send me a message!

I’ll continue baking and scheduling bread orders through the **end of May**, and plan to resume regular weekly deliveries in **August when school starts back up**.

As they say, *absence makes the heart grow fonder*… so hopefully by August we’ll all be extra ready for fresh sourdough again. ❤️
