The other birthday celebration that happened today was for our granddaughter, who ordered a blueberry lemon cake with pink frosting and red and blue polka dots, so that is what she got! She gave it two thumbs up. If you are too busy to make a homemade cake, and just want something a little custom and yummy, give me a try. I can also do cupcakes with a little more flair! Will be back open on August 8th.

Made a yummy gluten-free lemon bundt cake for a special dinner last night. Met with unanimous approval, and doesn't really give a gluten free vibe. Message me if you want to give it a try! Would be a great birthday cake. The cake has a "pound cake" texture, with a light glaze which keeps the cake nice and moist, and a lemony icing drizzled over the top.
