I doubled the recipe, but then still only cut 8, & ended up with massive scones. SO we will have some slightly irregular shaped sourdough blueberry lemon scone minis up for grabs this weekend!! Do y’all think it should get a lemon glaze, classic, or none?

I’ve also been on the hunt for a sugar replacement worth exploring for a while now, so cheers to my first attempt! These beautiful sugar free sourdough chocolate chip scones will be available this weekend too!

‼️NEW‼️ Seasonal bundles with delivery INCLUDED! Let me brave the roads this winter to deliver fresh product straight to your door! Limited spots available (will need a minimum of 5) for weekly & biweekly needs! Deliveries will begin the first week of November, and will be made between wed afternoon/thurs depending on order/delivery location.

Many of my market regulars have asked where they can find my products, and although I’ve considered the idea of trying to keep the bread shed stocked, each time I’ve attempted, I end up throwing product away. And in the spirit of not wasting food, time, or money, I’ve settled on preorders (for now).

Sign up forms will be available at the Gorham farmers market over these last few weekends before the season ends, you can print yourself to drop off at the market or to my payment box at 12 Dallas Dr Unit A, Gorham, OR you can DM me with your information and choices.

I am thinking of holiday themed cookie or brownie decorating boxes as well! Maybe a combination or a mini ginger bread house kit!?

I also had a custom cinnamon roll order to have ready this morning, so that means extras in the bread shed!! A few strawberry, blackberry, and classic available now! The strawberry roll smelled like my hopes and dreams coming into fruition as they baked, I snagged one for a little afternoon pick me up later myself 🤩🤤

There are a few packs of soft yeast burger/sandwich buns, Italian parm sourdough focaccia, chocolate chip cookies, one sourdough pizza roll, a mini oatmeal cream pie, and one cran orange scone! 🫶🏻
