Just dropped off freshly baked GF goods to Windy Hill Farm ‼️ Be sure to get over there for all your essentials, I’m picking up a specialty flour, ground beef, and their new sourdough pasta today myself 🤤 what are your favorites from them!?

Calling all our local who are missing REAL, fresh, !! Windy Hill Farm LLC in Windham will have these GF goodies available after 9:45am today!

ALSO- Starting this week they will be keeping a small supply of my freshly baked and immediately frozen GF breads in their freezer stock so that they are never empty handed if you stop by looking for them. They are best consumed in 4-5 days once pulled from the freezer.

Cure your rainy Monday with a sandwich and some cookies, and be sure to look at everything else while you’re in the shop too! 😍🤤

If anyone wondered what I’m up to at 1:30am, it’s not sleeping…

It’s ignoring the dishes piling up as I recipe test GF cinnamon rolls (so excited for the next batches changes!!) and some tweaks to my GF sandwich bun recipe. I ate one as a breakfast sandwich and was quite pleased 🤤🤤🤤

Thank you to everyone who stopped by at the market today!! I promise to eventually make it to set up before 10 minutes after the market starts, but as always I am committed to fresh product so I will continue to experiment with timing.

If you got one of my cinnamon rolls today, what did you think about the portion size? Do you prefer smaller rolls to share or the jumbo so you can indulge with more of those gooey inner layers?
