I'm back!

More than half of this year has been very eventful. I had 2 major life events - loss of a loved one (my big fur boy Sebastian) and moved to a different state.

The first one affected me the most. I had to stop or refrain from doing things that reminded me of him. One is baking and decorating cupcakes. Even though it was way past his bedtime, he would patiently wait for me to finish .... so he can see if buttercream fell on the floor and eat them. LOL.

We moved cross country, from California to Maine. We found our forever home thanks to and , who are so awesome and best in their field. We were so lucky to have them guide us in our journey to find our home. To thank them, I knew I had to do something special - bake cupcakes. It's been a long time since I've made these, but I think I still have it. Sebastian would have been proud ... and looking for that buttercream on the floor. 😃
