The slow progress of sourdough bread is a true testament to dedication, requiring a laborious process that spans multiple days. From mixing the starter the night before to combining the actual bread and allowing it to sit for hours, followed by shaping the loaves and a prolonged fermentation period in the fridge, this 2-day process yields a beautiful, gut-healthy organic loaf of bread that is truly carb heaven. These are original pictures, free from artificial enhancements. Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend!
