I’ve done 2 batches, 3 trays experiment today attempting to solve hallow shell and sticky to Teflon sheet. Let them cool down abit then i will crack to see inside of each tray.

Macarons tips:
If you ever had experienced of getting perfect shell and top crack shell from same bake and same batch. If you confidence you did everything right on meringue and battler, try double bake with 5-7mins longer time in oven or maybe double bake with higher temp with same amount of time(i’m trying to avoid this way cuz i think it may brown my shell). I had this issue for long and double bake helped me out. I finally got 100% yield!!!!
