When I started Aunt B’s Pantry in the summer of 2014, I never intended for it to be just a bakery.
Don’t get me wrong—I absolutely love baking and sharing those treats with all of you. But even when I chose the name Pantry, it was because I dreamed of something bigger.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve shared some of those dreams with a couple of dear friends, and after a lot of prayer and reflection, I’ve decided it’s finally time to start moving forward. ❤️
So…what does that mean for the bakery?
Honestly—not much! You’ll still find all of your favorite cookies, breads, crackers, and baked goodies. In fact, I’m working on a few new flavors that I think are going to become fast favorites.
What is changing is that Aunt B’s Pantry is finally becoming the pantry I always imagined.
My goal has always been simple: to share the things I make, preserve, and use in my own home with yours.
Here’s a little peek at what’s already making its way into the pantry:
🍯 Fresh, Raw Local Honey – If you’ve visited me at Falls City Market Day, you’ve already met Hersh Honey! If not, get ready. Fresh, local honey is a pantry staple that never goes out of style.
🍓 Homemade Fruit Leather Rolls – Think fruit roll-ups…only made with real fruit and without all the added sugars, dyes, and ingredients you can’t pronounce.
🍎 Fruit & Veggie Chips – Simple, wholesome snacks made from real fruits and vegetables. Some are perfectly plain, while others have just the right touch of seasoning.
🥜 Homemade Nut Butters – Rich, flavorful nut butters made without palm oil or unnecessary fillers. Just simple ingredients and great flavor.
🫙 Home-Canned & Pickled Goodies – As I preserve the harvest throughout the seasons, I’ll have a variety of homemade pantry favorites to share along the way.
…and this is only the beginning.
I have so many ideas that I’m excited to bring to life, but I’ll save a few surprises for later. 😉
Thank you for supporting this dream over the last twelve years. Whether you’ve bought a cookie, shared a post, stopped by my booth, or simply cheered me on—you’ve helped make this possible.
I can’t wait to share this next chapter with all of you.
Keep an eye on the page to see what’s available, where I’ll be set up next, and everything that’s coming to Aunt B’s Pantry.
The pantry is officially growing. ❤️
