The school year is coming soon and before you know it, it will be the end of Summer. I hope you are in the mood to try something different, yet familiar in many ways. The Cake of the Week at the Blooming Cocoon …we are calling it “The Tropical”. It’s a lightly flavored orange cake with pineapple filling and a buttercream frosting with a hint of lemon and lavender then covered in sweetened coconut. It is delicious…let the flavors of the tropics carry you through the day!
