Ruby's Treat Custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and much more! Hi! My name is Alexis Dean. I found my passion to bake when I was just 3 years old.

I will be graduating from East Carolina University in December 2022 and it is time for me to branch out and start my dream business. The inspiration behind Ruby's Treat is my late great-grandma, Ruby. Before I was born, she gave me the nickname Little Ruby. I spent countless hours in the kitchen with her growing up, so I wanted to honor her by naming my business Ruby's Treat.
