This one was a little more personal so excuse the background! 💙 My best friend enlisted me to make a cake version of the blueberry lemon ricotta french toast from IHOP, this is what I came up with!

Lemon blueberry layer cake with a creamy lemon ricotta filling, covered in a thick layer of lemon cream cheese frosting! 🫐🍋

This was a labor of love and it was DELISH! 😍 10/10 would make again.
