I wanted to stop and give a little bit longer "thank you post". I really want to say from the bottom of my heart, thank you for all of the people who supported me over the summer and during my first year.
I'm so pleased to have been able to offer pies again this year and added dinner rolls and gluten-friendly pies to the holiday menu.
The response was overwhelming to the pies and dinner rolls. I appreciate those of you who purchased them this year for your family's Thanksgiving meals. I bake from the heart, so knowing your families will enjoy them at your gatherings is amazing to me.
I also want to thank my mom and dad and a few close friends for all their support. I was able to release these new things with their help and collaboration.
I also appreciate your patience while we have had a bumpy start to the season, and sometimes our schedule has had to vary a bit.
The past few weeks I've had some family things as well as preparing for pies and rolls being very time consuming and for about 90% of the regular baking (my husband does the other 10%) is done by me alone. It's been a huge task juggling it all.
I've made the decision to change up a few things about how we will continue in the future including hours. I'll be announcing more on this next week.
Just a note, we decided to close the rest of the weekend to spend time with my 95 year old grandma and also an aunt visiting from out of town. We rarely get to spend time with them, so we looking forward to catching up with them.
We look forward to seeing everyone on Wednesday the 29th. We will be opening 10 am to 2pm next week thru Saturday.
Have a great day with whomever you spend it with. Happy Thanksgiving!
