Just a few pics of what I've been working on (no judgment these weren't done yet) the last 2 days. The biggest order I've had yet. I've gotten excited when something came out perfectly, I cried when I ran out of chocolate. 425 desserts for a wedding today. I just want to take a moment and thank Michelle McKague and Gordon for letting me be a part of their special day. One day I hope to become bigger and better to look back on this order and think wow look how far I've come. Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far 💗

Okay so I just did something amazing! I melted chocolate chips with a little bit of caramel vanilla creamer in the microwave, I added a short cake on top of it, covered it with the chocolate, added another short cake, and a little bit more of the creamer and then popped it back in the microwave. The flavors are amazing, however it could definitely be better homemade. So I'm wondering if anybody would be up for a chocolate caramel Shortcake? If you be my guinea pig I'll only charge cost of ingredients
