🌱 Beauty is in the Plate 🍅

On our farm, every tomato has a story, even the ones that wouldn’t win a beauty contest. Sometimes they’re a bit quirky, a little misshapen… but these “rebel tomatoes” are just as delicious and nourishing as their more “perfect” cousins.

This week, we harvested these unique tomatoes and used them to create a dish that truly celebrates their value. Paired with the magnificent feta from , they proved that beauty isn’t always about appearance—it’s about flavor.

This is the reality of farm life: embracing and honoring what nature gives us, even when it’s not perfect. Because at the end of the day, every ingredient deserves its place, especially when it tastes this good.

August is coming in hot, we just restocked the farm stand with eggplants, tomatoes, the cutest hot peppers you have ever seen ( thanks for those Biquinho seeds), more hot and sweet peppers, artichoke are back for a limited time, the last green beans or should I say Haricot vert? And more, there is just not room enough to put all of the family in the picture!
