Always offering that beautiful welcoming smile behind the bakery counter, Marilyn will also be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, sweet grandmother, adoring great-grandmother and wonderful friend to so many. Although she will be dearly missed, our countless memories with this remarkable woman will be forever cherished.

#1 Saint Joseph Sandwich
We began serving our trademark (Italian) sandwich on our Saint Joseph (bulkie) roll soon after we began baking bread and rolls in 1961. Saint Joe’s are also available on our large sub roll. These are made to order with your choice of toppings.
#2 Saint Joseph Pasta
This traditional Sicilian dish is served on the Feast of San Giuseppe (Saint Joseph) which is celebrated on March 19th. There are many regional and family variations. Ours is made with fava beans, ceci (chickpeas), cauliflower, fresh anise and pasta. These bowls are served with a Saint Joseph roll.
#3 Zeppole di San Giuseppe
Our pastry shells are filled with fresh-made custard or sweetened ricotta.
