Today is my son's 11th birthday, he told me he wanted a mint chocolate cake. I made an "11" cake, one "1" is mint chocolate and the other is vanilla and chocolate (because our house is divided on mint chocolate 🤣)

I decided to make it Dragon Ball Z because he's obsessed, I wasn't about to try to make the characters with chocolate but I made logo and all 7 balls!

Just doing a photo dump, I am finally done with school (WOOHOO!!) I wish I had more pictures to show all that I made this summer working in a commercial kitchen for my externship but I didn't carry my phone in the kitchen. I am so grateful to be done, proud of all I learned and accomplished over the last 2 years and am super excited to get in the kitchen to make what I WANT to make not homework 🤣
