Tay was always interested in making macarons, but didn't get all the practice necessary to create these delicious delights until Julie was directing her first musical. The students really wanted real treats to eat at the ball and Tay delivered in the form of macarons. Tay loves to experiment with new flavors, and thankfully attempting to sell his creations has helped us to eat fewer of them.
