Please join us for the grand opening of our storefront in Alexandria! Bring your friends and your family to celebrate with us as we open our doors to the community for the first time. Our display cases will be full of our signature gourmet cupcake flavors, cookies, bars, our best-selling edible monster cookie dough and signature cakes. We will also have gluten-sensitive options. With Father's Day in mind we've chosen flavors that are dad-approved!

The first 50 purchases will receive a free cupcake coupon to use at their next visit!

Happy 9th birthday to my girls! 🥰🥰

We actually had a different plan in mind for the cake design and then I decorated a cake a few days ago with a similar wave and they LOVED it. So we changed it up and this cake is an expression of the quirky, uniqueness of my brain and my girls and we love how it turned out! 😍

From-scratch cake batter, local butter, fresh berries, homemade caramel sauce... Just a few reasons they are so delicious!

My twinnies have a birthday next weekend and it's always one of my favorite days of the year. ☺️❤️ Is it any surprise that I am a HUGE fan of birthdays??
I love planning their celebrations and one of my traditions with our kids is to sit down and plan their birthday cakes each year. They talk about it for MONTHS because they get so excited!
Here are a bunch of their cakes from the past five or so years (and year #1 🥹). The squishmallow cakes will forever be one of my most time-consuming and favorite cakes I've ever done!

I don't do much for themed cakes anymore unless it's my own kiddos and they know how lucky they are. 😆

❗And just an ordering update, I am no longer taking orders for June. It's such a bummer to say it and I've had to turn away some pretty great clients, breaks my heart 😭 but we are hoping to open the store front in about a month 🤯(or slightly less) if all goes well! 🙏🏼 And I just can't take on anymore orders before then. Thank you for understanding!!!
Cannot wait to announce our grand opening date soon!! 🥳

I'm off to a busy birthday week in our house so stay tuned for their cake request for this year. 🥰

Brett always laughs when I tell him the cookie dough is "resting" in the fridge. 😆 Tired cookies??
But boy does the extra hydration time make a beautiful and delicious cookie!! I've come to the conclusion that cookies need beauty rest too. 😌🤪

Had a very busy week that included these GF Brown Butter Chocolate Chip (had some extra homemade marshmallow fluff so why not😋) along with GF Lemon Shortbread Bars, GF Raspberry Crumble Bars, GF chocolate PB mini cupcakes, GF fresh strawberry minis and GF salted caramel chocolate for a graduations dessert table!
Regular mini cupcake flavors were Cherry Almond, Fresh Strawberry, and Salted Caramel Chocolate. A total of 760 mini cupcakes between two graduations! 15 hours in the kitchen on Friday means I didn't get many photos lol.
Tis the season for celebrations! 🥳🥳🥳

A sweet celebration cake for a girly graduate. I enjoyed the creative freedom with this one.. you say "girly and pink" and I'm in! It was a blast to decorate. 🥰

The best part about being in the dessert business is testing out new ideas. 😋
I had a cookie creation in mind that I couldn't get out of my head and just HAD to experiment today before starting to bake my orders for the week!

Soft, chewy chocolate cookie with homemade marshmallow fluff baked into the center!
(Tested with gluten-free flour so I could try them too)

I handed some to a few neighbors and clients and the feedback was great so you can expect to see something like this at the shop. 😍
