Sadly, 😰, we will not be at Schenectady Greenmarket tomorrow 4/12. Having too much fun over the Easter vacation, I pinched a nerve in my back and badly aggravated some muscles. (They were quite angry & made that sentiment extremely clear to me 😵 Ouch.) I'm now in physical therapy in order to fix what I broke. With some good luck, I hope to possibly be back next Sunday 4/19, though it would be with a reduced menu, as everything heals. I'm sorry to miss all of you on opening day, especially. I'll keep you posted here on my return date.

PROPOSED BREAD MENU for Sunday, March 22nd at Schenectady Greenmarket: Rosemary Potato, Semolina, Quinoa, Brown Rice, and Oatmeal Bulgur Wheat Bran. Plenty of treats as usual. Proctors has a 2pm main stage show so park in the North Broadway garage to avoid being charged for parking in Proctor's lot. Schenectady Greenmarket is indoors this Sunday 3/22 and next Sunday 3/29, then is closed for Easter 4/6. Outdoor market begins on Sunday 4/12. ...Josephine's will be absent from market on Palm Sunday 3/29. Lots to get ready for, and lots to look forward to as we get ready to head OUTSIDE on 4/12!! Yay!!! Are you excited?

PROPOSED BREAD MENU for Sunday March 15th at Schenectady Greenmarket: Irish Raisin multigrain, Challah, Quinoa, Brown Rice, and Oatmeal Bulgur Wheat Bran. Happy St. Patrick's day (Tues 3/17) and Happy St. Joseph's Day (Thurs March 19th)! Coconut buns, cinnamon buns, cakes, cookies, muffins, and plenty of treats. Proctors has a 2 pm main stage show, so park in the North Broadway garage for free. Only three more indoor markets: 3/15, 3/22, & 3/29. Market is closed for Easter 4/5, and moves outdoors on 4/12. To all my fellow Joseph's & Josephine's: Happy Name Day this week! Time to make the zeppole! 🙂

SPRING AHEAD! Don't forget - your clocks will turn ahead one hour at 2 am Sunday. BREAD MENU for Sunday March 8th at Schenectady Greenmarket: Semolina, Challah, Oatmeal Bulgur Wheat Bran, Quinoa, and Brown Rice. Coconut buns, cinnamon buns, cake, cookies, muffins & more. Skin cancer screening is happening this Sunday. No Proctors shows during market hours this week. There are only four more indoor markets: 3/8, 3/15, 3/22 and 3/29. Market is closed on Easter April 5th, and then we move outside on April 12th.
