The holidays are here! There are so many varieties of baked goods that bring joy and warmth to this season. Fruitcakes of all sorts are some of the most underrated holiday treats, in my opinion. From German stollen to Italian Pannetone and Panforte to Sri Lankan Christmas Cake, so much history and love can be found in fruitcakes from across the world and its cultures.
