The last time this nonsense happened—egg shortage—price hikes—no eggs on the shelves—people jumped on “farm fresh”
Ramped up the homestead chickens to have extra for all the new customers…
Then the cost of feed went up, the cost to produce the eggs went up…

And those people jumped ship as soon as Walmart had cheap eggs…leaving their egg farmer with a bunch of birds and eggs to toss to the critters or give away…
