We are pleased to announce our upcoming sale, scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, starting at 10am for Glennville's 78th annual Rodeo. Our location will be off the 155 HWY at Clearwater Backhoe Service. Additionally, another vendor will be joining us, offering Indian tacos for sale. If you're unfamiliar with this dish, we highly recommend trying one. Having had the pleasure of enjoying them from Prudence's family, we can attest that the fried bread, topped with an assortment of taco fixings, is truly exceptional. See y'all Saturday!

Greetings, valued customers. We are pleased that we will be operating a sale this weekend, coinciding with the Rodeo weekend at Clearwater Backhoe Services. Our Artisan Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls will be available for purchase at $7 each. Flavors include cranberry, made with homemade cranberry compote; banana fosters, crafted with caramelized banana and bourbon-infused walnuts; Dubai chocolate, featuring pistachio butter, almonds, and chocolate chips; and cookie butter, made with cookie butter spread and biscoff cookies. Having spent a month perfecting my sourdough starter in cold temperatures, I am convinced that I have finally cracked the code. Moving forward, my plan is to focus on creating innovative bagel recipes, featuring flavors such as chocolate chip, everything bagel with caramelized onion, and white sharp cheddar with jalapeno.

I recently had the opportunity to test this flavor with my family during the holiday season, and it will undoubtedly be a regular feature on our menu. I plan to dedicate a month to each unique cinnamon roll flavor, with this particular iteration showcasing cranberry and cream cheese frosting. The cranberry sauce was crafted to achieve a perfect balance of sweetness without tartness. It was then generously applied to sourdough cinnamon roll dough and finished with a rich cream cheese frosting.

Don't forget. Today is your last day to put in a order before christmas for our specialty cocoa bombs! They are magic in a cup!
