From a bakers view: Let’s talk about this Georgia heat 🥵

Step one: we need to remember that baking is truly a science and art combined into one.

The temperature outside is in the 90-100 range, so remember the heat inside the kitchen is even warmer than it normal is... As a baked goods appearance perfectionist, this bothers me that each slice isn’t always perfect appearance wise. Butttt, the one thing we know fore sure, they sure taste good!

Within saying all of that, our Ginchy Green and Rudolph Red sure are feeling the heat, but we promise they taste so much better than they look!

Bethany’s Sweets cheesecakes are ready at Sweet Pea's in Glennville GA! I may not be in the shop this week due to my health, but these slices are waiting on you!! Go grab a slice, or 3, today!

I am out sick for the week, not contagiously sick, I have several Autoimmune Diseases and Chronic Illnesses I fight against on a daily basis. With that being said, there will be no custom cheesecakes available this week. If you already have an order placed, it will be made. Thank you all for your continued support!!

✨ Cheesecake lovers, this week’s lineup is here! ✨

🍰 Dulce de Leche Cheesecake – rich, creamy, and topped with sweet caramel goodness.

☕🥃 Baileys Irish Cream Cheesecake – made with real Baileys Irish Cream for a smooth, indulgent flavor. (Alcohol is used in preparation.)

🤍 Classic New York Cheesecake – simple, creamy, and always a favorite.

Available by the slice while supplies last! Stop by Sweet Pea’s Bakery & Coffee Shop and treat yourself to a slice…or two! 💕
