Ginger Snap Market Ginger Snap Market creates handmade decorated sugar cookies and sweet treats. We have expanded to bake a variety of other cookies and treats.

At Ginger Snap Market shop owner Kelsey Robison blends traditional sugar cookie and butter cookies recipes to yield a cookie that tastes as good as it looks. Our cookies are entirely hand decorated over a three day process to ensure icing colors stay true. All chocolate is Fair Trade Certified by Fair Trade USA, to ensure everyone throughout the process is treated with dignity so you can enjoy dessert while knowing it's creating good in the world.

I've got options for St. Patrick's Day this year! A four pack of leprechaun, shamrock, clover and pot of gold sugar cookies are $13. Individual cookies are $3 for the shamrock and clover, $3.50 for the pot of gold, and $4 for the leprechaun if you'd like to mix and match.

Also bring back my family's soda breads since they were such a hit in January. Modern Irish American version with currants is $5 and the more traditional soda bread with whole wheat Irish Style brown flour is $7 a loaf.

Pick up either 3/16 or 3/17. Last day to order cookies is 3/14 and last day to order breads is 3/15 for the 16th.
