A little Friday reminder that bagels are happening tomorrow. 🥯🌵

I’ve been a little quiet over here this week, but behind the scenes, there has been plenty happening. Cream cheese is prepped, bagels are chillin' in the fridge, and tomorrow’s market prep is officially underway.

Cinnamon got me today. 😂🎃

These pumpkin spice bagels were classic underproofing — those dark spots and splitting classic signs.

Turns out cinnamon and yeast aren’t exactly besties, and I underestimated the effect.

But the flavor? Dialed. 👌

A little more tweaking on the dough and these will be ready. 🥯🎃
