To our Valued Customers:

Our Glendale location will be temporarily closed beginning today. We know many of you start your day with us, stop in for your favorite baked goods, or simply consider this space part of your community, and we didn’t want anyone arriving without knowing.

We are working through an unexpected situation involving this location. Please check our social channels for updates and we’ll keep you informed as we know more.

We’re incredibly grateful for the community that has made our Glendale location what it is. Thank you for your patience, your support, and for continuing to show up for Blue Corn.

Blue Corn Cafe & Bakery now has three convenient locations to visit and a fourth on the way! Our Mesa location in Historic Downtown is featured in these photos. We also have our Glendale location and Express location, with extended hours. Coming soon will be our Avondale store, opening this Fall 2026. All our stores feature homemade pastries, locally roasted coffee, and the best artisan sourdough you’ve ever tried!

Come visit us and taste the difference! 💕
