Life is a journey.
It seems like yesterday I was in high school shop competing in yet another cake show. I would leave a show winning best in show and received a cake decorating package. In it was this color wheel. I have used this simple piece of cardstock on countless cake orders.
Beside it is a second-time purchased item, a deluxe tip set. All shiny and new and accounted for. My first was bought around 20 years ago. After years of doing cakes they get lost or I need multiple of the same.
Seems like yesterday, but a crazy life of custom cakes later and I need to add to my tip collection. It sure is a sweet ride 😉
Time, 20 years, so slow, yet so fast.
