A gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free cake for my goddaughter’s bday. I used cake mix (my favorite GF mix when I don’t make from scratch) butter, milk and used .ice to make fondant pieces. It’s really delicious, fluffy, not gritty or overly sweet! Was enjoyed by all..even those without food allergies or intolerance. Next to tackle is a really good egg-free cake for my nephew 🎂❤️
