Marc’s CheeseCake makes the most deliciously smooth cheesecakes in Glen Rock, NJ! Our cheesecake is a rich and creamy work of art. Less dense than traditional New York cheesecake, Marc's CheeseCake has a smooth, full bodied texture and incredible flavor. We use only the finest ingredients to craft our cheesecakes. Fresh eggs, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, real fruit, and chocolate imported from Belgi

um. No matter what flavor you order, you can ensure the taste and ingredients will be top notch. Marc’s CheeseCake usually has five or six flavors of cheesecake each day, but feel free to order a few days in advance and we will be sure to have your favorite flavor waiting for you. In addition to our CheeseCakes we also create creamy rich Ice Cream. From the well known Cookies and Cream to the more esoteric Blueberry Basil our Ice Creams are all slow churned to enhance the creaminess. We go the extra mile to be sure each Ice Cream is intensely flavored. Marc’s CheeseCake can’t wait to serve you a slice of your new favorite dessert!

Hi everyone. Well, we are winding down to our last couple of days, and I have a problem. We still have some ice cream.

So... tomorrow, Saturday, we are inviting all of our friends to come by for free ice cream. Come on by after 2:00 and enjoy!!!

I’m writing with both sadness and excitement. A week from Sunday, January 14, will be our last day operating in Glen Rock. We’ve really enjoyed our time here and will miss all our friends, but it’s time for me to move towards retirement. The excitement is because we’ve been able to assure that our cheesecakes will be baked and available for many years, while I take on the task of filling my passport with stamps from all over the world.
As many of you know, very soon there will be Marc’s CheeseCake along with Guerriero Gelato in a new store on Cedar Lane in Teaneck. I will be at that store for a while. After that, I know I am leaving my cakes in good hands, since the Guerriero family have been making excellent ice cream and gelato for years and I know their commitment to excellence.
They also have been friends for many years.
Several folks have mentioned that they want to buy cake the last weekend we are open. I surely want to have enough for everyone, but also, as I hope you’ll understand, don’t want too many left over. Please, as always give us a least two days lead time before your pick-up date. We will bake some extra cakes but advanced orders will be very helpful.
I want to thank everyone for your support over the past Twentynine years, and I hope you will continue to enjoy our treats at the new location!
