Let’s play a little midweek math game! ⏱️✨

I recently wrapped up this massive custom corporate order celebrating KSM’s 60th anniversary in Chicago, and I wanted to add a special, hand-crafted detail to make the "Built Brilliant" and "60" designs really pop.

Instead of a standard dot, I used a scribe tool to hand-pull the corners of the wet royal icing to create these tiny, perfect little starbursts. It is a super tedious process—taking up to 10 seconds to pull just one single sparkle!

With 6 sparkles on this design alone, and 48 of these specific cookies in the set (plus another whole design that needed them too!), I spent a lot of time in the sparkle zone this week. 👩‍🍳💫
