What you should know: We use VioLife Shredded Mozzarella for our Vegan Cheese. Sheep Cheese is lactose free, but not casein/dairy free. Our Sheep Cheese blend is Italian Romano and Spanish Manchego…mildly nutty flavor and yummy. We use Boars head Turkey Pepperoni. Our veggie blend is roasted zucchini and dill, artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers.
