The Kilted Cookie's shortbread, scones, soda bread, and tarts are just a few of our homemade products we have to offer. The Kilted Cookie started out as a dream which is being brought into reality. Its founder Quincy Carswell has always had a love for food and a skill at baking. With a blend of an interest in his heritage and the love of being in the kitchen this dream took shape. Now after baking

at home and at other businesses, he has decided to strike out on his own. Quincy has begun baking in his home and selling to our customers in Gladwin County!.
