We have enough dough and capacity to offer two more sandwich loaves and two cinnamon raisin breads along with some frozen pizza crusts for pickup tomorrow afternoon.
All of our products are gluten free. The sandwich bread and the cinnamon raisin bread do contain butter.

I made a pesto, mozzarella, and ham sandwich last night on a fresh baked gluten free focaccia. Tomatoes out of the garden and home made focaccia. I didn’t make the pesto, the ham, or the mozzarella but I am looking for a day to make fresh mozzarella. I am not getting into raising a pig. My HOA would throw a fit I am sure.

We are set up here at Blip Roasters this morning. We have sandwich loaves, cinnamon raisin mini boules, a couple of fried flatbread, strawberry and blueberry pastries, sliced apple sauce bread and some maple blondies.
Everything is gluten free and baked fresh.

We are taking pre-orders for pickup tomorrow at Blip Roaster’s Market.
Everything we bake is gluten free, and baked in a 100% gluten free kitchen.
Tomorrow we are offering a limited number of sandwich bread loaves, some cinnamon raisin sourdough mini boules, some blueberry pastry, strawberry pastry and some apple cinnamon pastry, apple sauce bread by the slice, maple blondies, a few sourdough baguettes, and some frozen pizza crusts that are ideal for a fresh hot pizza just the way you like it during the football games this weekend.
You can pre-order today until 6pm or come on down and we will have these breads and pastries for sale on a first come first served basis until we sell out.
I look forward to seeing you there at Blip down in the West Bottoms.

This Saturday we will be at Blip Roasters in the West Bottoms. We are taking pre-orders for pickup at the market and I have one more gluten free sandwich loaf available for pre-order, a half dozen fruit pastries (blueberry, strawberry, or apple cinnamon) and two frozen pizza crusts also available for pre-order.
We will have for sale first come first served gluten free pastry, sandwich loaves, pizza crusts and an apple sauce bread while supplies last.
You can pre-order by email at [email protected] for Saturday pickup. Payment accepted will be cash or venmo.



Come see us and all of the local small businesses that will be there, and of course grab a great cup of coffee from the fine folks at Blip Roasters.

This Saturday we will be at Blip Roasters for their local vendor's market.

It is football season and a great snack for football fans is a gluten free pizza. The picture shown is for demonstration only. We will have gluten free partially baked pizza crusts for you to add sauce and toppings as you like.
I will have a few there but if you want to ensure you get one you may want to preorder.

So if you were buying gluten free sandwich bread would you want it sliced and bagged or unsliced?

I am curious about your thoughts. Either way come see us at Blip Roasters on Saturday in the West Bottoms and we can slice the loaf right there in front of you if you want.

There is no market like a local vendor market!
