Please keep this in mind when you think your local home/mom & pop bakers are charging too much for a cake.

It’s all about growth! This is just proof that we all have to start somewhere. Push ourself to try new techniques, flavors and, to work with other meduims. These cakes are 6 years apart. I don’t use fondant often, however, I felt this was a perfect example to showcase growth!
