So, before I was doing this Farmstand thing, I was a math teacher. 🍎📖🧮
Sometimes I really miss teaching, but I trust that I’m where I’m supposed to be. It was a special season and I met some amazing kiddos 🥰
One of those kiddos was Destiny Tolley. (Cue the throwback pictures 🥹) She always had a special place in my heart. She was so tough. Even as a middle schooler. And always kept a smile, even though I’m sure there were tough days in her world.
Life doesn’t always deal an easy hand and, as we all know, sometimes the hits keep coming.
Things finally seemed to be going good for my girl now, but she has recently lost her dad. This family is trying. But dealing with some of the financial burden that unfortunately comes with the loss of a loved one is worry on top of sadness that people shouldn’t have to face alone. 😔
So what do we do when someone needs help? We help! ⚡️💪🏼⚡️
⭐️🌹So for this weekend 10/1 through 10/3, the Rosebud Stand is “baking-for-a-cause”again! 🌹⭐️
I want to try to help Destiny and her family deal with medical bills and funeral expenses. Sooooo…..All of the money that I bring into the stand, I want to donate to this family, and if you feel it necessary, I would add your donation in as well. 💸💸
We all have to help one another when trying times come our way. I have lived through it and believe it fully. 🙏 🫶🏼
I’m honored the Destiny came to me for help. 🥹I’m glad that she knows that ALL these years later, she can STILL ask for help when she needs it (not just in math 😉).
As always, stay sweet yall!
