Congratulations to the Huot Technical Center’s graduating LNA class of ‘22! Top tier is Strawberry Shortcake (vanilla sponge cake brushed with strawberry syrup and filled with fresh strawberries and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream) and the bottom tier is S’mores (chocolate cake filled with a layer of chocolate ganache & graham cracker streusel and a layer of fresh marshmallow creme). All topped with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and hand-sculpted and hand-painted adornments. Highlighted with edible luster dust and candy pharmaceuticals.

A Gory Sweet Sixteen - Top tier is pumpkin spice cake filled and frosted with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and dripping with sugar blood. Bottom tier is black chocolate cake filled with milk chocolate mousse and covered in fondant "skin". The sugar body parts on the top of this creation were built around a candle and lit as her "one to grow on". A strobe Happy Birthday accessory for a spooky effect!
