We will miss seeing you every week at but we want to make sure our customers are getting the freshest donuts possible. And, unfortunately we can’t guarantee that outside in the high heat of Arizona summer.

We will still be delivering to .coffee and for you to purchase donuts weekly! We are also looking for new spaces to sell our donuts, so if there’s anywhere you want to see The Blessed Oven comment down below or send us a DM.

We will also be offering porch pickup again! (location TBD)

Thank you for ALL of your support and we hope you still continue to attend Gilbert Market to support all the other wonderful vendors there. It is such a beautiful community of people and we are honored to be a part of it!

We’ve been perfecting our coffee-flavored donut, and it’s finally here! Made with high-quality, mold-free, decaffeinated espresso beans, this donut delivers all the cozy coffee flavor without the caffeine kick.

Dipped in a sweet latte glaze and finished with an organic maple drizzle, it tastes like your morning latte… but in donut form. 😍

We have a lot of new faces around here since the last time we did an introduction, so hi again! We’re Alex & Lauren Otero, the husband and wife behind The Blessed Oven.

Alex is originally from New York — and funny enough, New York is where he tried a donut he became determined to recreate! You all get to try the new and improved version of that idea here every week with our donuts.

What started as a home bakery has turned into a full on donut shop rooted in faith and a love for real ingredients. We’re passionate about creating donuts with organic ingredients, keeping things seed oil-free, and creating a community of wonderful people that we get to connect with every single week.

We’re so thankful for each and every one of you who supports this dream of ours—including our family and friends who we truly could not be doing this without. To God be the glory!
