It was over 25 years ago when I learned to decorate cakes and started my path to create special treats for people. All those years ago I spent weeks learning all the things ruffles and shells of buttercream on a cake. Shortly there after styles changed and it was something I hardly did except in teaching. But now it’s all come full circle and am making cakes with lots of ruffles and borders.
