Personally, I think some of you just have unresolved issues with raisins. 🥯🤌

If you know, you know friends. Your hand must be in the correct spot or you’ll feel it to the bone for the next week. 🩹

This was one of my favorite pulls from the weekend 😃

20 years in commercial kitchens and I’m still finding things that make me wonder how the hell we survived without them. 😂

When you’re pushing 1,000+ sandwiches out of a tiny 7x7-foot line, every inch counts.

Our 48-inch flattop is prime real estate, and helped us make better use of it.

I’m not saying kitchen equipment excites me more than it should… but here we are.

For my fellow chefs, line cooks, restaurant owners, and anyone who’s ever tried to fit 47 things on a grill designed for 12 — this one’s for you.

Code BAGEL10 gets you 10% off.

And for everyone who’s just here for the eggs, don’t worry. I’ll keep flipping. 🥚😂

I had every intention of filming more than 2 min…
Got pretty busy 🏃‍♀️
Had to abort the mission 🚀
Will do better next time 🤣
