I’m normally very hard on myself but I really loved how all the bread looked this week. Sometimes I want to keep it all somehow and frame it. Sometimes grateful for all the customers and supporters of this new adventure. I’m learning so much every week and appreciate everyone’s patience with me as I slowly roll out new products. I like to have my products be a very high quality and consistent before I sell them. This week was so nice to almost have sold all loaves before doing the booth. We ultimately sold out. Excited for my new equipment arriving soon that will help me scale up production. Lots of good things ahead. Plain White Bread ($5): A classic, soft white bread, perfect for picky eaters, simple sandwiches, or making the ultimate grilled cheese. ***This one is not sourdough***

Jalapeno Cheddar Sourdough ($14): A spicy and savory delight for those who like a little heat. (Heads up: This batch will be baked fresh tomorrow and available for pickup/delivery starting tomorrow afternoon!)

They store in the fridge 2-3 weeks. 95 calories each and 3.25g of protein per ball.

All loaves are 750-900g.

All bread is made with a cottage license and sold fresh.
