I've had a lot of people ask me how to care for their sourdough breads and bagels lately, so here's a little reminder..

🥖 Caring for Your Sourdough Bread 🥖

Storage: Keep at room temperature in a paper bag or bread box. Avoid plastic—it makes bread soggy.

Freshness: Best enjoyed within 2–3 days.

Revive: If it feels a little firm, pop slices in the toaster or warm the loaf in the oven at 350°F for 5–10 minutes.

Freezing: Slice first, then wrap well and freeze. Toast straight from the freezer.
