A graduate of Johnson & Wales University's prestigious Baking and Pastry Arts program, Chef Elysse founded her bakery Elysse’s Elite Treats in Montgomery County in April 2020, at the start of the pandemic lockdown, offering cookies to front-line workers. She quickly pivoted her business to include home delivery and special packages.

A professionally-trained pastry chef, Elysse’s love of baking grew from a childhood living in Europe with her military family, and experiencing the delights of Old World bakeries. Made-to-order cakes, cupcakes, cake jars, chocolate covered strawberry roses, cookies, and more can be found at Elysse’s Elite Treats.

Elysse is passionate about giving back to her community. She designs exclusive specials, sales from which are then donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation and Ronald McDonald House Charities. A black-owned, woman-owned business, we are proud to put the spotlight on Elysse’s Elite Treats!
