People may ask... what is Babka bread? This twisted loaf is a sweet braided bread which originated in Jewish communities of Poland and Ukraine. It is also popular in Isreal. Babka literally means "grandmother" in Polish. The bread was developed by using extra challah dough rolled up with fruit jam or cinnamon. This remaining holiday season I'm offering chocolate or cinnamon flavored Babka bread. You will love it!
