Delicate edible lace adds visual interest and beautiful texture on the outside. A layer of hazelnut butter and paillette feuilletine provides a lovely crunch on the inside, paired with chocolate cake, Baileys ganache, and chocolate ganache. And of course, sugar flowers for the finishing touch! 🌸

"She read books as one would breathe air, to fill up and live." Annie Dillard
In love with this vintage book cake for an avid reader's Sweet 16. The muted tones and aged aesthetic make me feel like I can almost smell the musty pages! Inside, a playful cotton candy cake, white chocolate ganache, and cotton candy Swiss meringue buttercream.

Often times the best inspiration lies in nature! It's all in the details. From the sugar antlers, pine cones, edible moss, sugar leaves and flowers, wafer paper grasses, and chocolate nest, this cake brings the beauty of the outdoors inside. The finishing touch is the fondant and wafer paper exterior, giving a realistic texture of weathered bark. Nestled inside is a chocolate stout cake, chocolate stout mousse, malted pretzel crunch, and chocolate stout ganache.

Flavors in perfect harmony! Jasmine matcha cake, yuzu curd, white chocolate green tea ganache, and yuzu Swiss meringue buttercream. 😋 For when you want something unique with a sophisticated feel. Edible crepe ribbon and handmade sugar roses compliment the rustic texture of the buttercream.
